The Foundation Audit
This isn't a course. It's not a quiz. This isnt a score, a fix, or a grade on your health. This is self reflection.
This is designed to build self trust. Strengthen your intuition. Your connection to self and your body, your health.
An Invitation.
To look deeply at the inputs you already have, the beliefs you hold, the rules you follow, the information you consume, and questions you have. Without shame, without guilt or the premise that you did something "wrong".
These are the first prompts in the Healthy Rebellion.

with one prompt to dig into
You'll answer them through the framework given. (preferably on paper, the real kind, with a real pen).
Nothing you write is submitted, tracked, or read by anyone. This is between you and you.
Can you stand on the foundation you have right now?
What are you building on top of?
Why Is This Important?
Why Should I Care?
Imagine you hired a contractor to build you a house. Before he frames a single wall, an inspector shows up and asks him a hundred questions about the foundation. If his answer to most of them was
"I don't really know, I just did what I was told"
You probably wouldn't have full trust in anything built on top of that.
Your health has a foundation too.
What you believe.
What you consume.
What you take, and why.
Most of us have never been audited on any of it.
We've just kept building... fixing... consuming.
This is designed to
BUILD. SELF. TRUST.
Regardless of how your audit looks. Both sides build trust, you either deepen understanding in a choice you already made, and still hold true.
This is conscious choosing.
OR, you get to choose different, through understanding. Allowing new information to shift perspective and choice.
Either way, you are deepening connection to yourself, and starting to build stable ground you can stand on, and build from.
Opt in anytime.
But before you do, this is confrontational work.
Don't go into it half assed. Take the opportunity to really work through it.
People think this work is going to be easy because it's about "connecting to yourself."
It's the hardest work you'll ever do.
It asks you to be more honest with yourself than you've ever been. That's the whole thing.
This is just a small part of it.
But it starts with honesty.
