Most of what’s missing is what your body used to get from food, sun, water, and a less depleted environment, what I call the raw materials.

We’ll absolutely talk about supplements or herbals hen they make sense, but the main goal is getting the right inputs in the simplest, most sustainable way.

I can't tell you what my recommendations will be until I've seen the labs! 

It's also my goal to give you the information, in a way you understand, so you can make your own choices. 

EXISTING LABS:

From receiving your lab results and completing all intake forms and call -> to full analysis is 7-10 days.

You can schedule your interpretation call as soon as your analysis is ready, and then we meet again around 60 days later to see how you're doing and check in!

Do you take insurance?

No. I don’t bill or work directly with insurance companies. This lets me spend my time on your case instead of fighting with billing codes and visit time limits, and it keeps the plan focused on what you actually need rather than what’s billable.

Can I submit for reimbursement on my own?

 Often, yes. Many clients use out‑of‑network benefits, HSAs, or FSAs to get partial reimbursement for lab fees or visit costs, but it is always plan‑dependent and never guaranteed. I’ll provide an itemized receipt and, when appropriate, a reimbursement / medical necessity letter you can submit to your insurance or HSA/FSA administrator.  

Can you write a letter of medical necessity or reimbursement letter for my insurance/HSA/FSA?
Yes. If your plan requires documentation, I can write a brief letter explaining your diagnosis, why specific tests or services are medically necessary, and how they relate to your treatment plan. This increases the chance of reimbursement, but it does not guarantee approval—that decision is ultimately up to your insurance or account administrator.  

Are the labs themselves covered by insurance?
Some standard labs are sometimes covered when run through big commercial labs, and others are not. Coverage depends on your plan, the lab company, and the diagnosis codes your insurance accepts. I can help you understand which tests are more likely to be covered and, when possible, route routine labs through an in‑network lab—but I can’t promise what your insurance will decide to pay.

Will you talk to my insurance company for me or handle claims?
No. I don’t communicate directly with insurance companies or manage claims or appeals. I’ll give you the documentation you need (receipts, codes, and a letter when appropriate) so you can submit everything yourself, but you are responsible for all communication with your insurer.
