Kinda chic?
Or kind of a very accurate representation
of the "wellness" space...
I posted this on my instagram the other day.
After having sat with the "kinda chic" hook / trend that flooded social media.
If you didn't see it, this will still make sense.
It bothered me. A lot. This is why.
The trend, all be it just an over used hook... is a very good reminder of just how fast something takes hold on social media, or media in general.
How a single word or topic can show up overnight.
And all of a sudden wether you want to believe it or not, you are influenced.
It's on your feed, your stories, your ads, all the people you follow are participating.
That is the very thing the wellness industry / machine is centered around.
What has hold, what can generate profit. NOT what is clinically grounded, accurate, and best for people.
This is why the practice and skill of discernment is so important.
That comes from presence, and understanding.
The 3 foundations I help women build for themselves in Sanctum.
There will always be a trending topic.
There will always be noise.
There will always be opinions.
It's super overwhelming when you look at it like that. I get it. But when you learn presence in your body, understand what you actually need, and how your body works... the noise just fades out.
You stop looking at it because you don't need to. That's what understanding actually gives you.
Sanctum was built to help women center into themselves.
So whatever the new trendy word or hyper fixation is, you know if it's something you pay mind to, or scroll past.
THAT. Carries longer than any trend ever will.
I have one open 1:1 spot right now.
For the woman who's ready to understand herself, and her body. Deeply.
